Mr. Blum is responsible for supporting SKB’s capital formation efforts and maintaining relationships with the firm’s private and institutional investors. In his role, he works across SKB’s investment platform to communicate investment opportunities, support capital raising initiatives, and develop relationships with existing and prospective investors.

Prior to joining SKB, Mr. Blum spent approximately six years in commercial real estate development, managing various full lifecycle multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout the Pacific Northwest. Over this time, Mr. Blum took part in over $250 million dollars in development activity. His experience includes all facets of development management including design and entitlement coordination, financial modeling, construction management, owner's representation and operations.

Mr. Blum received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.
