Ms. Dulley is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for overseeing all corporate accounting functions and is the primary contact for outside CPA firms and associated tax and audit related matters. Prior to joining SKB, Ms. Dulley spent over 14 years in public accounting at several local area firms with a focus in real estate and professional service firms. During her tenure in public accounting, Ms. Dulley was a manager over an SKB group of entities and provided tax and supporting services for over 5 years. Ms. Dulley is a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Masters in Financial Analysis from Portland State University.
