We have established relationships with 19 institutional investors managing over $2 trillion combined. Institutional equity partners have co-invested with SKB in transactions representing over $2.15 billion in asset value. Including the value of assets acquired by SKB with its high net worth and family office investors, SKB has acquired $4.32 billion in commercial real estate.

Opportunities arise for recapitalization of real estate assets through note acquisitions. SKB’s approach to loan acquisitions focuses upon subjective evaluation of the business plans of each borrower and/or asset to optimize stabilization and revenue growth over the prescribed holding period.
